Most transfers include a period of "in-between time," when you initially move to your new town and begin the process of settling in and looking for a place to lease or purchase.  If you are planning on leasing, or if you've made several preview trips and have contracted on a new home, this interim period may only be a couple of weeks. If you are planning on buying a home or building a new home, your interim period may be several months.
Corporate Housing(typically at least 30 days)

Properties come fully equipped with amenities to make you feel at home. Leases and security deposits are required. These are generally best for stays of one month or longer.
Extended Stay Suites (any length of time)

Suites come equipped with hotel type services and do not have a minimum stay requirements. Deposits or leases are not required. They are usually close to major highways.
