Create an information packet to give to each qualified buyer. Your information packet should include the following:
- Fact sheet - At the very
least, give out a fact sheet to everyone who sees your home.
It's an organized way to list the important features of your
home.
- Picture of the Exterior - Add a color photo of your home
to the top of the fact sheet or add to the cover of your
packet.
- Copy of the Competitive Market Analysis
- This tells buyers your home is priced right and will
prevent them from presenting you with a low offer.
- Payment Analysis -
Show the buyer various monthly payment scenarious using
several interest rates and down payments.
- Finance Information -
Include information about various lenders such as rate
sheets, application, coupons, etc. It's not necessary to
include this in the information packet, but you should have
it handy to show prospective buyers.
